Throttlestop shows that my icelake cpu's bus clock is 62MHz , while cpu-z and hwinfo shows that it is 100MHz

As you can see on the captures above, latest stable verstion of throttlestop and beta version of throttlestop both shows that my laptop cpu's bus clock is
HWInfo not even clock numbers with bus at 100 Mhz
