Size up 1-2 sizes depending on your preference. If doing this, you will need to decrease your cup size by the same amount. If you have a very full and round breast, keep your cup size the same. Example: If you normally wear a 40F, try a 42E or 44D in this style. If your breast is full and round at a 40F, try this style in a 42F.
