We’ve been empowering yogis since 2017! Our signature classes are heated power yoga based on Baptiste Methodology. We heat the room to promote release of toxins and provide fluidity and flexibility in the muscles. The practices support you to raise your vitality and physical power, and will empower you to create accelerated results in your overall body strength and confidence. We expand into more free flow vinyasa, slow flow, foundation and strength building classes as well as YIN Yoga. Check these out too. We do all of this while having a lot of fun!
