Overhead Tricep Stretch

Movement: Standing straight, gently lift and extend one arm straight over head. Slowly bend the elbow until your hand is behind its shoulder. Keeping your shoulder blades pulled together, bring your other arm around and slowly and gently pull the elbow of the arm being stretched down and back. Hold for the desired time. Repetitions: Hold for the full prescribed time on one side, then switch sides and repeat. This counts as one set.
