It creates a chandelier-like shine on various surfaces. Stripping is unnecessary with SIMIX, eliminating a costly, time-consuming process that disrupts normal operations. SIMIX High Shine Ceramic Floor Coating achieves a high traction rating according to ANSI standard 'Dynamic Coefficient of Friction' (DCOF) testing using a tribometer on wet surfaces. Floors with DCOF ratings exceeding .42 provide increased safety for students, faculty, and staff. SIMIX removes the need for disposing of stripping solutions and eliminates daily or weekly burnishing, resulting in time and cost savings. Eliminating burnishing also reduces dusting, offering further time and cost savings.
