An Early 18th Century English Brass Loving Cup. Circa: 1730-1740. The twin handled loving cup engraved with the Arms of the Westons of Sutton Place, Surrey. The Cup was originally silver plated. Now cleaned with traces of original silvering. Literature: Twin handled drinking vessels or loving cups are less common in the 18th century in plated brass than in solid silver.
