The warranty/guarantee is only at the discretion of kof dance poles llp.2) Return/exchange policy- there are no returns on our poles or any other products. There is an exchange period of 7 days in case of any defect or damage to the product.Technical description-3) Cleaning & maintenance- the different pole surfaces that needs cleaning are chrome/stainless steel and powder coated. Clean your pole with a soft cotton or a microfiber cloth and pure water or pure alcohol after every pole routine. Clean the base and the top in the same fashion as well. It is recommended to change the spin/static screws every 6 months of continuous use. It is necessary to lubricate the bearings in the upper dome and the base with “machine oil for bearings” or “grease for bearings spray” every 3 months.4) Maintenance instructions- loosen and retighten the pole from the top adjustor every 20-25 days to aviod shifting due to the change in the temperature/moisture. Dismantle and assemble the pole every 40 days to have a prolonged life and peak perfomance, as moisture tends to make the pole threads tight.
